Our store operates on the second floor of USER: KWayne's LOAN OFFICE. Upon visiting our sister company, LOAN OFFICE, a user can APPLY for an installment loan. All applications are reviewed, approved, and renewed by KWayne directly. Although, frequently unavailable to speak with due to prior engagements, one of our kind Staff will gladly assist you in submitting an application for review.

Our LOAN OFFICE can provide credits to users whom are unable to build/purchase furniture. Either because they're new to Habboon, or simply cannot afford it at the time being. These credits will be provided to the approved applicant from KWayne in person. ALL installment loans start out at 500c loaned, and 600c returned. 24 Hrs after payment, the applicant will qualify for a 1000c loan. The interest on the 1000c loan is at a 20% rate. Meaning that the applicant will need to make a return payment of 1200c. We encourage that all loan payments be made 24 Hrs after the loan has been taken out.

However, we do allow for 48 Hrs on all loan payments.

If interest seems like it could be an issue for you, we remind you that Habboon trickles credits to it's online users every 15 minutes.

We think of our interest payment as coming from this generated income.
